You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, meaning they should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Certain items, such as gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, as well as final sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, you will need to contact our customer support team by emailing info@riverslide.world, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to receiving a defective or incorrect product. It is important to package the item securely to avoid damage during transit, as Riverslide is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
